Hope you all don’t mind me giving this a go as I’m actually going to this one. Seemed rude not to as we are going up to Sheffield for 2 sessions of crucible snooker tomorrow/Fri morning and getting back in to London Friday teatime.

Ref: Simon Hooper
4th official: Andre Marriner
VAR: Peter Bankes

The Gunners are clearly there for the taking as they bottle the league run in. It’s also about time we commenced the Great Escape.

The enforced change with AMN ineligible to play against his parent club should see our best striker, Perraud come back in.

Arsenal are still without Saliba but Zinchenko may return.

The script says that Walcott will score the winner to deny his former club.

Yes a more challenging game would set a marker as to how far we have really progressed. That said, the expected goal rush will provide a confidence booster to our free- scoring stars. Onwards and upwards!
With Elyonoussi weaving his magic and onuachu sat on the bench for 90 minutes we’re bound to score at least 3.

Ahh self deprecating sarcasm. The only joy left for saints fans.

Easy home win, we will huff and puff and create nowt in the final 3rd…..sucker punch just before HT……then the wheels will fall off.

Oh yeah …..morning all.

Normally I look forward to the messages of hope on here, on Saturday mornings, before the reality of kick off. However, as this match is on Friday night, I'll be able to read the overwhelmingly positive post-match comments, explaining how Selles is a master tactician, how Arsenal were never in it, and this is the start of the Greatest Escape of all time.
