I blame the match going fans for allowing **** to continue boycott this ****ing **** for once in an organised way and make the point don’t sell your ticket Levy and Sons fan club can shove Spurs up their arse coz that’s all that would be left
I was working this afternoon so was spared watching this episode of how not to qualify for Europe. This is my last Saturday at work for a while as I start a new job shortly where I am getting off of shift work and working Monday - Friday leaving me with every weekend free. So I have considered my options and bought a season ticket......at Gillingham a club that before Xmas was in an awful spiral and heading for the national league, but new owners arrived in December and in April they are virtually safe. The club appears to have a direction and is heading in the right direction. (And a season ticket was £350.00 and there is no VAR) Hopefully over the summer we will see changes at Spurs and we will be able to see this club turn a corner and head in the right direction too, but at the moment we are a million miles away.
Ain't trying to patronise but that's easier said than done. I genuinely loved going with my girls throughout their lives. We talk about games we've been to, the goals, the players we've seen and the laughs we had. We sometimes took a mates son (who has since died...life is beyond unfair at times) and regularly chat about him when we go. At the moment one is in Bournemouth at uni and the other works most weekends but am hoping to take them in August before uni starts and when the other has leave. I get why people go but don't get why the club is so clueless.
Not sure anyone on here boos when they go to games mate. No matter how bad a player is I have never booed...seems bizarre to me
Your **** fan element did apparently. We've all got our share of idiot fans i suppose. I'm just very relieved as an NUFC fan after our defeat. Huge game next week, if we win we are within touching distance, you win and it's all back in the balance.
I have no idea how we are still in with an outside chance of top 4...suggests the league ain't as strong as it is made out to be
Its a mathematical chance, but lets be honest we don't deserve to be top 6 let alone top 4, and defeats in our remaining matches v Newcastle, Man U, Liverpool and Villa should see us 8th at best.
I'm now sort of glad you beat Brighton because tbh, they are a bigger threat than you. The reason you are still in with a shout is because you have Harry Kane, simple as that really innit. Without him you would be with Chelsea and Liverpool this season. A top goalscorer is gonna get you more points than you might deserve as a team.
While I despise everything your owners stand for I get toon fans enjoying fighting at the top end of the table...reminds me of us under Jol and Redknapp
im not sure if its entitlement its more expectancy and why not? pay big money for that some people expect better Its not as though the boos come out if we lose a random game…the boos come at a certain stage of the cycle…that stage is now and has been for a while
Sanchez was once again truly abysmal when he came on, and should have been sold 3 year ago, but yes, no player deserves to be booed by his own fans for his performances, no matter how bad they are.
