The personnel will change but the attacking phases and moves will not, and that is what I’m not seeing from this team. It doesn’t matter if Ebiowei is not here next season because the winger that is here instead should be doing the exact same job that Rosie is asking of them. Rosie claims he’s trying to implement a “philosophy” and style of play yet it’s nowhere to be seen other than one triangle between our keeper and sideways passing of our CB’s. Yes we’ve improved defensively since Shota but we’re actually worse off defensively than we were last season. Our attacking play is just not there, and it hasn’t improved since Rosie took over.

Fair summing up by both managers I’d say Interesting rosenior makes the point not putting 100% in Greaves will go in the summer I would say.

Well yes, but Rosie is trying to play his way with a team he didn't build. He's working with a squad that's been largely impacted by injuries, as well as players that probably wouldn't be in the first team if everyone was fully fit. Is it really a surprise he's not quite got them going exactly the way he wants it? Give him time.
