Sounds like Klopp is already setting expectations about ‘smart recruitment’. Unless we get a major cash injection from an investor, I do not see a major bankrolling of signings happen in any way now. FSG had the chance to invest at the top and they’ve missed it. Klopp will need 3 years to build a team capable of challenging again without big money.

this team is missing more than a single cog mate, even Klopp is admitting that. I do hope that it is easily fixed; I’m not so sure it’s as simple although I do think that Klopp is the one who can fix it.
