    Not keen on sacking managers after 7 months and really want young English managers to succeed but Potter appears to have been out his depth.

    No, but I do want a young English manager like Rosie to succeed also and he is not out of his depth here, in fact I believe he will be successful for us next season.

    Potter should have stayed where he was at Brighton. Ditto Jones with Luton, and Hodgson with Fulham a few years ago. But I guess the lure of the bigger club is too big a temptation to turn down.....if he'd never have tried, they'd say he didn't have the ambition and all that...So dammed if he does and dammed if he don't.

    Potter would be a good fit at Leicester, more of a Brighton size club.

    I'm guessing his pay off will be circa £2 million... lifes tough...
