The Tangerine Mussolini could well spend the rest of his life behind bars like his hero Al Capone.
This is just the start, his more serious crimes will see further indictments and all of his chickens will come home to roost.

If you have an hour to spare for a sensible, erudite, gleeful, funny and comprehensive explanation of why Trump has been indicted, you could do worse than listen to this. It's presented by a good lawyer and a mildly comic sidekick who asks the questions. There are moments when it's laugh out loud funny.

    https://openargs.com/oa154-stormy-daniels-is-a-legal-genius/

It's from March 2018, long before the indictments were even a gleam in the Radical Left Democrats'* eyes but the facts and the laws broken still apply.

Os, the evidence is there in the link I sent. When you are unvaccinated you are more likely to die. Herd immunity follows infection and that requires getting sick - either before or after a vaccine.

The outcome of herd immunity is not reached without death. The death toll is higher without vaccines. The proof of that is there on every reputable website and you have to work really hard to ignore that. Your argument only makes sense if we could have reached herd immunity without people getting sick.

One suggestion. Spend an hour trying to prove that vaccines were a good idea. Accumulate the evidence. Then go back to your initial position and see if it still works…

You need to give your head a wobble. And as I and many others have said - diversify your media intake! It is apparent you consume media from one side and one side only.

The Biden crime family? Family? Please tell me the crimes that family have been charged with? And has what have they been accused of? Other than Hunter. Because one screw up in the family doesn’t make you a “crime family”

Also most of your post is just pure “whataboutism”. What about x, y or z. It’s utterly irrelevant. You don’t get to ignore malfeasance from one person because another person might be getting away with it. That’s not how the world works

Also, who are you to call his act a misdemeanour? It has been charged as a crime. By the AG of New York. Who I assume has significantly more knowledge of the applicable law than you do. And any of your Twitter sources

Your Putin comparison is not an equivalent because contrary to what you appear to believe it is not Biden arresting him. Could Biden stop it happening? Maybe. But you know what that is called? Obstruction of Justice. An Impeachable offence

“Before an election campaign” - now this really is idiotic. The election is in November 2024. Trump announced early precisely so he could wail, scream, bitch, moan and cry in exactly the way he has done about being charged. Claiming it is interfering with an election. The primaries are almost a year away FFS! And you have gobbled up the nonsense with glee. And without any critical thinking whatsoever. Just as he would have hoped for

False equivalencies and whataboutism is really not the way here

“If you read it properly” - spotted the problem. Headlines and interpretations from right wing talking heads on Twitter only. Please and thank you

More lies and misinformation from what passes as a government.
"In her Today programme interview this morning Kemi Badenoch, the business and trade secretary, was asked several what you might call ‘Why is everything so rubbish?’ questions by the presenter, Amol Rajan. She responded fluently, and did not get flustered – but only by refusing to acknowledge the truth.

Rajan started by asking about today’s growth figures, showing that GDP rose by 0.1% in the final quarter of last year. Rajan asked if that was not a figure to be proud of. Badenoch replied:

"0.1% means there is growth. We are in the same situation as quite a lot of mature Western economies. I’m just pleased that we have avoided a recession and it shows that we have a stable government and a stable economy.

Not quite. Most economists would say the UK is doing worse than its competitors on growth. For example, here is a chart from a Commons library briefing on this topic, showing the UK’s record on growth between pre-pandemic and now compared to G7 countries and the Eurozone’s."

We also have a pretty good idea of what the pursuit of herd immunity would look like, because other places did pursue it. Brazil is the most notable, a country with an anti-vax president that had a fairly sizable first wave, and then got utterly crushed by a second wave even in places where most had already gotten COVID. The result was the city of Manaus (where it was estimated that three-quarters of residents had already gotten COVID) having to dig mass graves with bodies stacked on top of one another to accommodate the number of dead.

At this point, only complete morons with zero economic acumen can defend Brexit.

By every metric available Europe is doing better than us.

The average Polish citizen will be richer than the average British citizen by the end of the decade. Crazy given the disparity in 2004.

If we can't get a grip of the inflation like most European countries seem to, it will be even sooner.

The UKs slide down international metrics is impressive and no doubt will form the basis of future curriculums of what not to ****ing do.

Keir has one hell of a job on his hands.

You don’t need to try and patronise me pal, I understand data and statistics likely far better than you.

I also know that data and statistics can be fabricated; especially when you stand to make hundreds of billions of dollars.

Pfizer already received huge fines for faking medical test data.

I saw an 8 minute clip of her with Nick Ferrari on LBC.
She is very well spoken and said an awful lot without actually saying anything.
She point blank refused to be drawn on the benefits of the UK joining the CPTPP (?) but insisted that us being in at the beginning of the treaty would be beneficial.
As far as I can see the deal is worth 0.08%, over 10 years to our economy.
    Wow what a deal.

Trump is nothing more than a petulant child who throws his toys out of the pram when he doesn't get what he wants. His reaction to losing the last election was criminal (literally) and resulted in the storming of the Capitol. The man is a complete lunatic and power crazy.

The irony of telling me how great you are at stats and then saying you don’t believe in stats…

What is your replacement for stats? Gut instinct? Opinion? Experts?

I cannot stand the man but I would disagree on one aspect saying that he is a lunatic. While what he utters is lunacy, while his followers appear to be a bit lunatic, how he behaves is very calculating and manipulative - all designed to get a reaction from his supporters to intimidate his opponents.
