Dunno why, but I even tried reading this four times to see if it could make some sort of sense, but no, it just reads again as an alphabet soup vomited up after gagging on a rancid chunk of overcooked gammon.

Given the rarity of his time actually doing his job, you could consider that a postponed visit I suppose.
No doubt he gave himself another holiday afterwards.

There have been hundreds of riots in France since 2011 , including the religiously motivated arson attack on Notre Dame cathedral.
2011 was just black teenagers looting trainers & televisions .
