Same as every year you are weighing up actual form against potential. The potential side of things really relies upon visual impression which is why the two double green horses are near the front of the market.
For me the form horse in the race is ENCANTO BRUNO who also has the positive of a course win.
Maybe Statto can fill us in on how the mares fare in this event but on that score I quite like Fiercely Proud and think could conceivably outrun her odds.

At last we can start some serious studying for Tuesday with the final declarations out in a couple of hours. I used the 5 hour train journey from Munich to Berlin yesterday to watch a couple of Preview events (it was a brand new train and the WiFi was mustard

I think I've found the winner ................... although I just checked and the trainer has a horrible record in the race (2 places from 26 runners in the last 20 years).
I'll change my mind another 6 times before the race
