I know I have said this before but I am certain that our issues this season are a mixture of a couple of. Aging players and a reaction to last season The amount of games they played was unreal - Utd have already been afforded that excuse and we are basically in February in terms of last season (due to WC delays) there was a shorter summer due to WC a promotional tour and a WC so I think we were just shot But we shall see
what helps is getting more players back for and sadly less games per week. when we have 5 or 6 midfielders and 5 or 5 forwards to pick from then they are going to be a bit perkier. but nunez is vital.
Indeed, he's the engine that gives the team life. Even when he's missing shots he's still injecting energy into the club. When he's off the field we look so lifeless.

If he gets that sorted. Think we all expect him to start banging them in as we get better, he gets better understanding and he matures/calms down slightly. His record for someone constantly labelled a flop is impressive. Near enough a goal every other game. Just needs to make sure he does start converting those big chances
It's probably nonsense as most rumours are but if there was a chance I'd certainly welcome Mason Mount.
If i were a betting man I would but a small stake on mount singing a new contract with chelsea. I think this is all merely him using media to put pressure on to get what he wants. Mount is a big fish in the small pond with the fans there. they have to have some john terry type there.
The only thing that makes it a bit more interesting is that he's not first name on the team sheet anymore.
Personally I think klopp would love to have mount. I think a lot of chelsea fans haven't a clue about football and tactics and klopp would take mount and make him into a no 8 the press and work rate are frankly his best attributes and what klopp wants. Bellingham at 130 odd million is just a bit rich for us and the question has to be balance here. If you lot had mount Bajcetic and bellingham as midfield would you be really happy? I think you'd find something to ****ing moan about as per.

I can imagine our interest in Mount is very real and Klopp would love to work with him. I'm less sure about how much Mount wants to come to LFC.
