Likewise Dyche at Everton and for what it's worth I'd rather have Javi but just wish the change had been made sooner

So marsch kept us up after we conceded 20 goals in a month with a side that looked beaten before they stepped foot on the pitch… but got lucky.

Javi takes over a side who had clearly been the better side in all their recent games. Who he (and frankly everyone I speak to outside of Leeds forums) think had been playing well and not got the results they deserve.… will have done an ‘amazing job’ if he keeps us up.

We've only won 1 in 6 since he left and that was a struggle against the bottom side. We're closer to the bottom now than we were after the Forest game.

We've been poor regardless of management.

Let's see what happens against Brighton.

Last season they played us off the park but somehow we scrambled a last gasp equaliser which went a long way to keeping us up. Credit to Marsche for that as he pushed Pascal right up the pitch on one side and Koch (who was right back) on the other. If our new coach can make us look better against a very decent side and come away with something from the game then we might just be turning a corner

April looks critical, there’s a bunch of games, mainly home games, I’d expect us to get a decent return from.

Agreed and that's why this latest encounter will show if Gracia can coach or not...or maybe just lucky as you suggest he might be.

Jeez chill I was responding to Blono’s post where he said everyone down there are picking up more points than Leeds. If you want to go back further, since Ted left only Southampton have picked up more points from four games than Leeds (6 points to Leeds’ 4)

As a long time critic I can say that he has probably played his best 3 or 4 games for us in his last 3 or 4 appearances. Fair play to him.

That doesn't excuse his efforts for the previous 18 months where he was embarrassingly ****. So "Firpo bashing" was quite well deserved as it happens, just as much as the praise he has gotten recently has been deserved.

For all they’re very good at what they do, I don’t find brighton an interesting watch to be honest - I so can’t really get up for this one. Such a nothing club, nothing to like, nothing to really hate. Just bland. And annoyingly better than us.

Jammy’s just using his legendary fox-like cunning or Eel-like slipperiness (delete as you prefer) by getting his ‘I was right along’ posts in as quickly as he can…. before the inevitable firpo fck ups come…. Forcing him to resort to one of his many back up, diversionary tactics.

I enjoy watching a master of his trade at work…. It’s almost an art form.

Would love to see DJ back with us next season.

Maybe even convert him into a full back to give Ayling and/or Firpo a run for their money.

Incidentally that ****show Firpo was outstanding against Brentford on the last day when it mattered most.
