Ainsworth and his second in command Richard Dobson, were not at WW training this morning

Looks like it's is happening

Sounds like Teflon Les has binned his algorythms and gone for a fan's favourite. No doubt if that doesn't work out he'll be tasked with finding the next one and the next one..
I think this clearly shows from the club management there is no appetite for trying to get to the Premier League.

I’m apprehensive about Ainsworth coming, apprehensive he’s not the right man at this stage, apprehensive that if it fails he’ll lose his status among us who remember him fondly and finally concerned that reports of him not being a Les Ferdinand fan and vice Versa could damage the club even further.
Many of us were excited that we were getting a QPR man in as a DOF and couldn’t wait for him to bring the good times back, now most of us wish him gone and I fear the same thing happening with the “Wild Thing” !

I have similar thoughts too. We have tried other avenues with Les algorithm ****. Ive got to the point where I'm actually past caring about who would be manager. Don't think we will go up again in my lifetime, it's the championship at best for us so maybe he just might be the right man.
