The funny thing about Nathan Jones is that he bigged up his time at Luton but they are 4th in the Championship which is higher since he left.
Nah credit where it is due, his overall job at Luton was genuinely incredible. L2 to championship play offs is huge.

Just a shame for all involved he isn't cut out for this level.

Adkins ( hero) did the same for us, was he cut out for premier league we will never know, his appointments after Saints suggest not but then we got lumped with an Espanyol unknown Jones is not an Adkins.

And just when you think he can't get any worse, his coaching methods seem to dictate that the most lethal free kick maestro in the game now needs to pass instead of shoot from those opportunities.

Yeah, he said that he would do things his way from now on. If you exclude the impact of the two new guys, the only difference I saw today compared to Jones' previous' games was...JWP passing some of his FKs and corners.

I struggle to get my head around that being something which JWP himself decided upon.

Even the wolves fans commented on this and are equally as mind boggled!

BBC: Lopetegui and Jones were appointed to their respective positions within the same week in November, but their two situations could not be more different three months later. While former Real Madrid manager Lopetegui has more than doubled Wolves' points tally after seven Premier League games in charge, rock-bottom Southampton have now lost seven of eight under Jones.

Just 3pts & that tally above excluded the Liverpool loss; so NJ can’t have that either. See that’s what you get with experience & a lil bit of nouse SR.
