There was a pass out in front of the East stand to Christie out wide on the other touchline, the ref pulled it back but Christie volleyed in directly back to the passer, sorry not sure who it was, but he trapped it dead on the return, just two sublime bits of play summed up how good we were today
It was Mcloughlin amazing touch

**** off. Anyone who has any emotional intelligence at all could have seen potential in this side and the solidity Rosenior instilled from day 1. Results are following cos of the performance baseline he put in.

We weren't better today for 90 mins than a number of home performances we've not got the points, but because 3 touches hit the back of the net we're now getting playoffs as opposed to relegated.

It's fucikng ridiculous.
Are you replying to the right thread? Seriously? I think you are agreeing with me but telling me to **** off at the same, while questioning MY emotional intelligence.

Seen a few people pointing out that Tufan starts and we win. Don't want to be negative after a great win, but I thought he was one of the weakest players today, along with Slater on the opposite side. Maybe our chosen shape for this game made it hard for the wingers to impress, but I thought he made a real mess of that break in the first half where his pass to Oscar ended up going out for a goal kick, we should've been in there but he seemed to get in a complete muddle and then messed up the pass. At the time I was starting to worry that we were failing to kill them off after having started so well and having them on the ropes. Luckily we were much more clinical later on. Again I don't want to be negative at all here, but I think if you were to change anyone for the next game it'd be Tufan going to the bench.
I thought Tufan had a great game, especially first half. It was his quality of passing to Christie which allowed the speed of movement. Too many times a player doesn’t control the ball first time, or the weight of a pass is all wrong, meaning play doesn’t flow. Tufan did simple things very well yesterday, obviously goes unnoticed by many.

Yep
It was a pity rosenior didn’t give him the full game as he was gutted to get brought off

I remember reading Alan Brazil’s autobiography many years ago and how he struggled at Spurs. He said that it didn’t matter how well he played he was either substitute or substituted and it destroyed his confidence. I couldn’t see a reason for Tufan being taken off yesterday.

Mine is "we pay your benefits" I was cringing everytime that was sung, couldn't actually believe it still existed, last heard it about 20 years ago!
I very rarely get offended by football chants but that one really pisses me off. Always sung by entitled London ****ers in their stupid accent (sorry). Last heard it last time we played Arse-nal, so within the last 5/6 years
