Fault for the goal was with DCC. Got absolutely bamboozled by a straightforward piece of skill by Isak. Maybe should have brought Perraud on when Howe subbed on Isak and ASM.

On the one hand yes, but I do wonder if playing an actual LB would have prevented such a thing from occurring.

I also have no idea why anyone ever tries to play Djenepo on the right, he so obviously struggles there but both Ralph and Jones have now opted for it. He is a passable LB and ok LW, nowhere else.

Away fans in the home stands again.

My old man said he saw some geordies get jumped after they celebrated their goal in the Kingsland.

I’m sure the club will somehow find a way to blame season ticket holders again.

It did become more entertaining to watch than the game for a bit. A few lads revealed their allegiance when Newcastle scored and got beaten the **** out of. We then scored whilst they were still on the floor and cue even more of a beating and verbal abuse. When it was disallowed, a Newcastle fan who looked like Vicky Pollard came out of nowhere celebrating and got chased out of the Kingsland.

That Geordie giving it some took a hell of a right hook. He went like jelly.

Think we can still put out a decent second team against Blackpool.

Beddie and Baddie (Lyanco) at CB. Perraud is rested. Lavia rested. Alcaraz and Orsic need more game time. Mara too. Maybe put a youngster in for a game instead of Djenepo.

Perraud doesn't need resting, he's barely played lately.

Would love to see Ballard or Morgan start but no chance of that under this clown.

Stewards were very slow in dealing with that. It was fairly close to where I was stood. A Saints fan headbutted one of the lads right in front of the copper.

Good job the club has taken steps to prevent away fans in home sections eh

Was there a problem with the turnstiles tonight btw? They had one of the exits open and were letting people in using hand scanners, seemed a bit odd.

Also, what's with the barriers for the chapel car park being left down after the match? <doh>

****ing ridiculous and could easily cause crowd issues seeing as there were no stewards managing the flow of people.

Am I right in thinking that red cards get applied to the next domestic game which includes the FA Cup meaning that DCC can sit out the Blackpool game and play in the 2nd leg on Tuesday?

Pretty sure that's right. Only yellow card accumulation is competition specific iirc.

Probably (and excitedly) close the whole block now, blaming fan trouble whilst away fans can still get into the stadium with flares.
