It’s good we’ve got a break from the league, means we can focus on recruiting with a bonus cup game in between. Couple of strikers, winger & CB please (bit greedy I know). Simms Gelhardt (loan) That Little player (forgot his name) Cresswell Bailey Wright & Dajaku can then leave. Perfect window then. Load of ****e. Has to be the worst account on social media for Sunderland news and that’s saying something.
Like bailey but realistically he’s not going to play much and can’t keep him around just because he’s good to have around the place
To not even do the most basic of research on whether the player was interested in coming in the first place was absolutely criminal.
Will be a good signing for Portsmouth, we’d definitely need a CB coming in if we were to let Wright go though. Especially with Cirkin, Baath, and Alese often picking up injuries.
Agreed. He’d get my well wishes, good solid signing for us and a cracking pro. I think he’s loved it here.
Think we have more than enough for defenders on the bench which what he’ll be now for the rest of the season, we could always put his wages onto rods salary
We only had Wright available on the bench on Sunday. Plus Alese had to play a little earlier than what was ideal.
'rightly or wrongly' tends to mean 'wrongly'. We know Moyes has form for not being arsed with young players as well.
if that happens we aint getting Simms back unless Everton get someone quick with a week to go to deadline
I've watched it back again...But the episode where the Chief Chancer, making an offer to buy Grigg - 6 incremental mind you, despite being told by Jack Ross, Richard Hill and another couple, that Grigg was not worth more than £1.25 Million at best. To then see the Chief sweating and agitated pacing around waiting for an answer at 9.55 on transfer deadline day was, and still is, embarrassing. Paying £4 million quid for a player who never ever wanted to come here but in the end couldn't resist a last payday was imo a vanity purchase by a silly no nowt del boy.. Then to cap it all off, the panic that sets in with the pair of the t***s when the realisation of overspending on Grigg finally hits home and the impact it is going to have on how they are going to run the club is mind boggling. Saving the money and cutting cost by Salmon pants only for the Chief to spend it on that worthless piece shows to a T, just how much these Chancers had of successfully running our Football Club let alone any other business. ****End of Rant***
