He's the best at something then :1980_boogie_down:
For me, I didn’t want another season like last season, I want to see gradual progression. I actually feel we have a better team now than we did our first two seasons back. If we end up just avoiding relegation, as things stand off will go Adams and Gnonto and we’re back to square one. It’s no fun making up the numbers

Just pure frustration on my part

We can all see struijk was not working at centre back yet the yank plank selected him again. We do not have the league points for Marsch to dither about giving players another chance. Being too slow to react and not ruthless is his Achillees heel.

Just trying to be logical:

Orta scouts Marsch for 2 years because his style of play suits the players we have under Bielsa. They are all well versed in pressing and fast transitions.

We bring Marsch in and gradually he changes his game plan

Lots of new signings of former players who know his style and players who it thinks can adapt

Now using variants of his initial tactics

Orta must be spitting feathers, but then he assumed Red Bullball would work and it doesn’t

Absolutely my feelings too. Not discussing last night too much over next few days as it’s pissing me off tooo much and I refuse to let it ruin my weekend. Only shining lights from last few months have been Adam’s and Gnonto. Two wonderful players who we would be aiming at building a team around if we had proper pl owners. Instead as things stand they’ll be moved on in the coming months under the bullshit that the funds will strengthen. To be honest I’m sick of the pl and wish we’d never been promoted. The dream was way better than the reality

Try and look on the brightside Eire at least we're competitive in all the games and you never know we might start scoring more than the opposition one day.

What was the dream by the way...and were Wakey, OLOF & Shaks in it <laugh>

Can see where you are coming from and in agreement for 75% of this, I’m not sorry we were promoted but the dream is far better than the reality

With this current transfer window as well, I think the coaches have been more than well supported by the owners, I only ever wished for reinvested funds and a properly run club, now I want a filthy rich owner and CL football.

Radz did a fantastic job considering what he inherited, remember we didn’t even own our ground but he has over stayed by a season

You could try moving to Newcastle and forget all about Leeds.

We're dragging you down mate and it's just not worth it anymore <laugh>

Jesse has been supported more than any Leeds manager in history. If we bring in a new midfielder too we will have spent £170m this season….. is that panic attack by the board because relegation means 49ers problems

If we go down we can look forward to another 16 years in the wilderness
Jesse is not the man for the job he hasn’t got a clue and never had

Leeds have never been a lucky team. How we didn't get at least a point last night, I'll never know. Man for man, Villa have a much stronger squad, yet overall, Leeds looked the stronger yesterday.

We have a lot of crap in our squad which is going to take a long time to get rid of, and even longer to replace. Whilst Leeds maintain their fighting spirit e can't get rid of Marsch

In total at Leeds, he has a shocking 27% win percentage, Frank Lampard at Everton 28.6% recently sacked Gerrard 32.5%

Nathan Jones at bottom club Southampton has a 42.9 win percentage with them
Won 3/3 in the cup and lost 4/4 in the league. Hope you get your first point today Jonesy

Did you feel the same for the first three seasons under Bielsa?

Aaronson and Roca - Jesse fans “They’re good players just need dropping for a few games”

Our entire defence - Jesse fans “He inherited crap”

Jesse is a crap coach who doesn’t know how to get the best out of a player or play to strengths.

Struijk is a CB told to play LB and told to go up for corners, we had two LBs on the bench. He was at fault to an extent but he had to sprint back to his unnatural position, he was outnumbered and had two running at him so a split second decision.

Meslier told to stand on the half way line at corners, if he got lobbed and beat is it his fault or the coaches

Ayling is finally ahead of Kristensen and he is head and shoulders better than him.

I really can’t understand how people are not blaming the coach

So you wouldn’t like filthy rich owners and CL football? You’d prefer to be as we are??
I'm reasonably happy and I'll take lower/mid table PL, over mid table Championship, any day of the week.

We're putting together a young exciting squad and together with a few old heads like Rodrigo, Cooper and Bamford maybe it's going to get even better.

It was Eire who regretted promotion, I said I didn’t regret it but the dream of being in the PL is greater than the reality <ok>

The reality is you can’t ever compete on a regular basis for a CL spot as the money has killed the game, we have a three tier PL

I also said somewhere this team is better than the one we had in our first season back, just a coach out of his depth. In our first season back, we had Raphinha and Phillips as well

For me the reality has been a brilliant first season, back followed by a roller coaster ride of epic proportions and the last day drama at Brentford will live long in the memory, as will the celebrations after.

This season is just getting going really as we approach the half way point and it's looking like it could be another thriller.

Not sure what your dream was exactly and why it's failed to live up to your expectations but I'm guessing you like to be Top 10 and pushing higher ?

So everything you’ve said in your last two posts, the upgrade in midfield, noticing players out of form and dropping them for others etc. yet nothing changes, the same goals are conceded every week so by your own observations this must mean it is 100% down to Marsch and the way he wants to play. If you change the personnel and it makes no difference it must be the system. I’ll be honest, I’m done with him. Two wins from eighteen games would get any coach sacked at any club that considered themselves a “big” club.

Midfield has improved since last season.

He's now addressing the defending by buying Wober. His managerial career depends on Wober being successful at plugging that left hand side.
