I wasn't taking too much notice over it, but I heard something said that there was history of heart conditions in the family, and that she had already out lived in age, those people. I don't know if any of that is true btw.
I enjoyed the decent film and like one or two Elvis songs but don't know much about the family.

Her dad famously died of a heart attack in 1977, his mum died young as well

I always remember hearing the news of Elvis' death on the radio in work that morning. Someone I worked with was an Elvis fan, but I could never remember what the cause of death was with him, hence avoiding saying it was heart in case I was wrong. I have been to Memphis, Graceland, Sun Studios and Beale St, oh and his mum's old house I think it was.

He was so overweight he could barely walk so I think it was his entire body that collapsed on him

If only one of his "friends or advisers" had the balls to tell him the truth about what he had become

I was on a beach in Newquay, Cornwall. Came on the Radio 1 news.

16th, not a fan but remember it well

I think it must have been Radio 1 I heard it on that morning. I'm not particular a fan either, my trip was all paid for me. Stayed at the Peabody Hotel in Memphis.

Doing some clearing out and found my old jawbone big jambox, discontinued now but this despite its weathered and rugged looks is a motherfunking thunderbastard of a portable speaker.

Was put away years ago cos the internal battery was finished and i lost the official charger for it.

But i now seem to be able to power it up so gwarn me, im very much happy about this small resurrection
