A convenience shop in Orchard Park appears to have been targeted by thieves. McColl’s on 103 Greenwood Avenue, Hull was seen boarded up on Saturday, January 21 at 11am. It is believed that thieves attempted to burgle the shop at around 12am. Greenwood avenue is not Orchard Park it’s the Avenues their is a clue in the address .Also if the store was boarded up at 11am and the burglars turned up 12am it’s a wonder they could get through all that boarding up .

When I said the avenues I meant the aves with the most incomprehensible numbering system in the country.I lived up Orchard park for over twenty years and went to school in the Danes and onto Sir Leo Schultz but could never work out how to find my way around the Aves .
