BA’s website, fine for booking a flight, but want to change anything? ****ing useless and you end up trying to find a phone number hidden deep in the site to phone god knows where, and you then get an ‘unusually high volume of calls, please call back later’ message, multiple times, before you finally get someone in some far distant country. ****ing useless. Worlds favourite airline, my arse, they’re inflight service is their one main redeeming feature.

You've reminded me of another one, finding email addresses for all web service providers, they simply don't exist.

You can't email the people who provide your email services, because they're the only organisations in the world that don't provide email addresses.
