Start Armstrong in place of Dykes, have him running at them see how many yellows they can pick up, then when their completely knackered and shell shocked at trying to chase the headless chicken around, bring Dykes on and let them know their in for a battering every challenge they make up top, also play 4 at the back , we have to stifle their midfield as well so I’d go for 4-5-1 , we can’t seem to win playing pretty football so maybe it’s time to go ugly <yikes><yikes><yikes>

Call me crazy, but I think we'll win this. Classic QPR to go on a rubbish run and then turn it around against a better team in the division.

Plus, I recall reading this from a Blackpool fan in the Loft For Words write up on Critchely:

"He’s tactically excellent when his back is against the wall. A seemingly terminal Injury crisis will turn into the best run of form for the season. He will have your side absolutely drilled with no question as to what their role is. He is also a clear communicator who will rarely, if ever, lose his cool in an interview. He’s deceptively competitive. He’s very amenable and polite, but he’s obviously got a very hard edge to him. Players seem to respect him and those who don’t will likely find themselves elsewhere pretty quickly."

Feels like our backs are against the wall and NC needs to roll the dice a little. Let's see.

I’m hoping this isn’t on telly.

The day after the last fiasco I got a lovely letter from the police threatening prosecution for allegedly running a red light at 16mph. I have no idea whether I did it or not, and the penalties for not coughing up quickly rise exponentially.

I’m hoping my misfortune has run its course and this will be heralded by a thumping win tonight. Or at least a 1-0 which would be great.

Of course it is on telly...why not. Double blow here as it means a 9pm kick off and finish close to 11pm on a school night...plus it means it can't be on QPR+, the service I paid for so I could follow my team legally, so I am forced to find other ways to follow the game.

Live on Sky!

Can't see anything other than a defeat.
Just hoping it isn't another hammering in front of the cameras.

Sadly it's on the box tonight. Looking at the table a win (!) gets us up to 10th, a defeat looks ominous already.

11pm ko here, work tomorrow - should I stay up for the inevitable caning and total disappointment or kip early and wake up wondering if we bashed the Blades?

You’re crazy mate but I admire your optimism

I had the chance to go tonight, it would’ve been my first game of the season but fearing the worse I’ve decided to watch it on tv.
I’ve already told Mrs. Kent to see if there’s anything she wants to watch from about 8.20 because I’ve a feeling that’s when I’ll be turning the game off (I hope I’m wrong).
