We did that for the whole rest of the game and didn’t get caught out once. Klopp actually said the reason we conceded from that was Matip was too deep. It meant he couldn’t get to the ball quick enough which then triggered more issues. So nothing to do with Trent pushed on at all

the most concerning thing for me is we watched Newcastle destroy Leicester a few days before. and I mean destroy them and we really bloody struggled with their running.

really big game for us as in the 2 rounds of games there are quite a few matches where our "rivals" are facing each other .
It is so tight in the top seven that every game is huge now. Spurs, Newcastle and Chelsea all dropped points yesterday in games they were expected to win. Even City dropped points at home to Everton. We need to capitalise on this and win tonight
we have a deficit to catch up first so can only look up the table. there's no point worrying about Chelsea or even spurs just now.

I'd like to see Salah get a hat trick too, would strike fear into our rivals if Salah started looking his best again. I do agree a Nunez hat trick would be nice too though.
