Keto does work mate. I lost 4 stone in something like 3 months. Although I’ve put just over a stone on of that again (I’ll lose that by end Feb).

I love eggs so Keto is easy for me. I make a crustless quiche and take a slice from the fridge when I need a snack.

almonds and hazelnuts are really good as a snack too.
I need to watch the magic pill. But no idea on what platform. Any ideas.
 
I need to work out or find the diet and meals etc. any pointers?

This is a good start on Facebook. Also have a look at the carb manager app. It helps you log the carbs if you are unsure. Also a great motivational tool so you can see your daily and weekly progress.
 
I've been meaning to write these down somewhere, so this place seems as good as anywhere else....

1. Try to cut down (ideally quit) smoking
2. Lose at least two stone
3. Make a conscious effort to enjoy life more and set aside time away from work
4. See a game at St James
5. Win a game of golf
I quit the evil tobacco 23 years ago, one of the best things I've done. You can do it too.
 
1. Have book published.
2. Smoke less weed.
3. Drink less booze...dry January maybe, or at least the first 2 weeks.
4. Stomach abs (nearly there)
5. More tattoos, finish both arm sleeves.
6. Learn French better.
