I'll be pleased to see the end of 2022, what an awful year. Two years ago I ran 5km in under 20 minutes (someone said this is the time needed to join the marines), not bad for someone in their 50s. I might try to get that level again, fecking awesome running. And no beer Jan and Feb, off to NYC in March.
