So, in other words, the people who were quick to criticise Rosenior were maybe a bit half cocked?
It would take a sizeable fee to prize him away, enough to sign an absolute dead cert in terms of goalscoring. I mean it would have to be somebody like Jordan Rhodes in his prime being available to make us consider it. I don't think he'll leave, but if he did, the fee we would get would be ridiculous.
If we lost him we should do whatever it takes to get Ross Stewart from Sunderland. As his overall play would actually improve us and would probably cost 1/10th of what we’d get for Oscar

I think Ross Stewart would be upwards of £10m, that's the price Rangers have been quoted and I think that's ridiculous for a player out of contract at the end of the season.
But where do you find a dead cert goalscorer who wants to come to us quickly? We should be doing whatever is needed to keep him, at least until the summer.
I agree, like HT2 said, the fee we'll ask for is so ridiculous that I doubt anybody will meet it.
We played virtually the same style we've played in every game under Rosie tonight. Slightly more long balls but that's due to having the pace of Sayyadmanesh in behind, something we haven't had before.

"I've been frustrated for a while because our performances maybe haven't warranted the points total that we've got, but the players keep being consistent and I was delighted with every aspect of their performance today.
"I thought we played some outstanding football at times, the goal was a great move and we've got that in the team.
"So it's just finding that balance every game between having really good discipline, energy and commitment, but at the same time using our quality with the ball."

It was more direct with a much higher tempo, we didn't pass it around at the back for the sake of it either. Whether it was the players or Rosie, the way we played tonight changed and hopefully it stays this way and we build on it.
I know he's not the most popular, but I think Doc made a difference tonight as well

Stewart is being talked about for 10m, I don't think we're getting 100m for Oscar!
The positive is that we're learning, adapting, and getting better each game.
