If he goes we should get at least £5m for him, hope he's got too storng a relationship with AP and the Allams to go. If he goes he's a complete ****, we stuck by him when he was getting the **** results and now he should stick by us!

Someone create a poll, I can't. For who to be the manager just to show who has faith in Pearson.
Name several managers whoever does it, I doubt anyone will do it but include many options,
Nigel Pearson to stay
Phil Brown as Preston doing rubbish and some would want him back
Steve McLaren with connections
Warren Joyce is a great shout as previously mentioned!
Sven Goran Eriksson and any others you want to throw in the hat
Cheers

Do we really want Agent Joyce bringing back from Old Trafford? I think he's more use to us there.

Fergie tends to look after by his ex-players/coaches when they go elsewhere.

Bringing Joyce in would mean we'd know the contract length and relative abilities of every player in the Man U youth team as well as which players they thought were going to make it with them and the likely valuations they'd put on them which would be very useful.

Assuming when NP leaves it's to another club it would also work to counter the risk of NP taking the likes of Chester and Stewart to his new club with him because they'd also know the new boss here well and feel a similar sense of loyalty to them for what he's done for their careers.

i'm shocked to see how many seem to already be thinking about our new manager. has he done this bad that you wouldn't care if he left? what the **** si wrong with you all? we need stability. Those concerned sicken me to be honest. Be careful what you wish for.

1) If you think your manager is going to leave you start thinking about who you'd get to replace him before he does.

2) Some of us are talking about a hypothetical future. My point about hanging onto the players for example would be if say we got promoted this year and then this time next year looked like going down but Chester and Stewart had stood out like Turner last time. If someone like Sunderland decided they wanted NP it would make sense for him to consider it, by bringing in Joyce we'd hopefully hang on to our key players (ex Man U anyway) until the end of the season instead of losing them in January. That could keep us up and let us keep them long term with new additions.

What a **** thread , some of you seem to want him to go , you can't even wait to start all the speculation

You are not fit to wipe the great man's arse. Now **** off of our board and go back to Lesteristan.

He was a raving loon that spoke without thinking and no-one ever dared answer back. He also had a God Complex. He was a dick.

Good manager though. He had to be with the clubs he won things with.

Barring him wearing a "Kiss me quick" hat reading "Come and get me, Leicester" I can't see what else NP can do.
He's giving out all the right signals to Leicester via his negative answers to questions on the subject.
"It's great to be back at Leicester, I didn't want to leave the last time but my hand was forced. I had a great time at Hull City and I wish them well"
I hope I'm wrong but I think this thread will be for real the back end of next week.

My choice? it'll probably get treated with derision, Steve McClaren.

One Nicky Barmby....There's only one Nicky Barmby....

Hull lad, got the club and the city close to his heart....Perfect choice should NP go, which looks very likely to me..
