On the topic of what's in the fridge (basically nowt in ours cos we need to go shopping!) but I was wondering what are everyone's thoughts on whether chocolate should go in the fridge - the missus says yes but I reckon no cos it knacks your teeth and the top of your mouth when you try to bite into it
Chocolate in the fridge gets a :emoticon-0148-yes: from me love it.

Very random I know. I was peckish and wanted a snack. Went for cheese on toast, with Branston Pickle. Made me remember how much I love pickle. Simple things in life eh?

What basics are in your fridge that make you smile?

Well the branston is in me cupboard along with the pickled onions, beetroot and cabbage <laugh>

I like pickled eggs anarl :emoticon-0148-yes:

Had the munchies last night after bourbon and coke's, so cheese on crackers with branston and some pickles and a piece of crusty baguette with ham <laugh>

Years ago I used to drink the pickle vinegar and was so glad to see Oz do the same in auf wiederhesen to confirm I was in fact normal :emoticon-0148-yes: <laugh>

I drink the vinegar from pickled cockles and mussels....the stuff in the small glass jars.

I always have a jar (each) of cockles and mussels, along with the butter/ /marg./ lard and bacon, on the top shelf, and seeing those jars always makes me smile :emoticon-0100-smile

I very rarely have them, but I replace them immediately from the cupboard when I do . . . . they need to be chilled :emoticon-0148-yes:
