Probably a negligible difference if any in risk of suffering a burglary as anyone but don’t let it stop you vilifying desperate people. If crimes are committed, maybe the government could do something other than cut policing budgets.
Albanians are merely your latest brush to tar all asylum seekers, hence plucking random figures you can’t back up out of your arse.
There's been a large number of burglaries in our neighbourhood. The police have arrested and released the culprits on bail. All 4 white British teenagers.
https://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/1687492/migrants-uk-dover-calais-crossing-police-investigation/amp It doesn’t take a lot of digging to establish that literally **** all happened.
MSM are reporting that the increase in illegal Albanians coming into the UK is "exponential" (that word used by Sky News). You won't have heard about it, because it hasn't reached The Beano.
Anyway, in serious news, I see NHS staff are voting on strikes. Maybe if we all give them a clap again then they won't vote to strike.
I thought he would be jumping with joy now we have taken control of our borders. I wonder how many Albanians asked to use someone's phone on the South Coast before we left the EU?
I can't help it if you're too stupid to watch the news or read an informative newspaper. You're a sad bloke.
Sorry to interject, as I vowed not to, however I’m afraid from personal dealings, Goldies accusations of high end hotels being used to house immigrants is absolutely true….I can name many in my area (Heston Hyde, St Giles, Holiday Inn Rooms, Atrium for example) that are becoming an absolute drain on our resources. We as an ambulance service are at these said hotels on multiple occasions DAILY, more often than not for very mundane, chronic issues. Nothing pisses me off more than dealing with a 23 year old who has had toothache for a week, then hearing a 70 year old in cardiac arrest which is being GB’d and there is no one to cover it. Not blaming the people, and it’s a fact it’s young men predominantly, who are doing this however the system needs sorting. We are at breaking point.
Great to have someone commenting with experience, knowledge and a good brain. We've missed you, Stainsey.
This board is like heroin…always drags you back somehow. Boredom at home has dragged me back…..will see how it goes as miss the debate
Free speech and opinions is what it's all about. Hasn't got any more polite on here, but then, who cares?!
Good to see you back. The nearest hotel to me is a ****ing dump and was on the verge of closure. Its now housing asylum seekers of various nations (including russians) and has saved the owners business. Whether that's a good thing or a bad thing is a matter of opinion. The NHS is at breaking point in general, my sis in law is absolutely fed up with it. Like yourself, does a job that not only millions are not qualified to do but wouldn't want to do either. She has literally £20 per month left of her wages for herself and she has made as many cuts to her lifestyle as possible.
One thing I did find rather odd, is that some of the hotels I’ve mentioned have reviews within the last month of travellers who were saying how great the facilities were and recommending the hotel. That cannot in any way, shape or form be true as no “traveller” is using the hotels whatsoever. There is probably a legitimate reason for this, or I might have read it wrong, however the conspiracy theorist in me questions why.
Yes, that's odd. Could be past guests who are slow to review. If it's in Albanian, it speaks for itself...
Absolutely Bob, and yes, some of the worse, lice infested hovels in Hounslow are also being used to house asylum seekers…..however it’s another nail in the coffin for the service that many rely on. Many like you sis in law are considering leaving in droves as there is better paid, less stressful work out there. Luckily I’ve got another 5 years max before I leave for pastures new, and after a bit of a MH wobble a little while back, I’m enjoying my job again. Ballot papers are due at our doors any day now and chances are high that we will vote for industrial action, including the withdrawal of labour. Dunno how many will be out there clapping for us after the MSM have condemned us as lazy, cake eating, uncaring Ambulance drivers (at least they got 1 right in my case).
