To be fair to Radz he's probably always realised there is a ceiling to where he can take us. Let's see what happens but if Andrea, 49ers & Orta can somehow pull a rabbit out of a hat and keep us up this season they'll have done well. It's probably pretty pointless looking backwards as what really matters is taking the right action now to get us out of this mess whilst there's still time.
Yes and let's hope Orta has done his job and has a list already for a new coach. Trouble is we have had some easier fixtures and from now on some top teams to play. We need to stop losing and this coach does not know how play it tight when needed.
It may well be they decide to do nothing until after the Xmas/New Year fixtures by which time we'll be welded to the bottom and that's why we should make the change now and then back the new coach in January...2 or 3 quaility additions should be enough but it will depend how much they want to protect their investment.
Totally agree mainly because i am sick of hearing his soccer speak krap. New guy in fast as fook would give him time to start coaching plus time with the guys not going to the joke of a world cup. I don't get the excuse of the u21s being too young. There are players in the prem proving that wrong. Rooney and many leeds players started very young.
Pointless (Pardon the pun) keeping him for the next few games, hes a busted flush. And will have to be sacked in a few weeks. Get rid get someone else in now and let him have a few weeks with this lot. Cancel the 2 weeks holiday they were all getting nobody deserves it and should all be working under the new coach through the WC
So most agreed about the big jesse going. This will be the biggest test of Rads as an owner. He has to sack him or try and buy his way out of relegation. We need a big brute of a centre back like Dunk or tarkowski. No point persisting with Bamford as he has never done much. One decent season does not make him first choice.
It's likely that Orta is taking this week to finalise Jesse's replacement with the announcement to come on Sunday. In other words the same/similar as Bielsa's last hurrah against Tottenham with Marsche waiting in the wings. Still have a hunch that Dyche will be the choice and that probably comes from when I saw him glugging wine with Radz & Orta back in the Championship days.
See that Villa are appointing Unai Emery after agreeing to meet his 6M Euro buy out clause. That's the sort of ambition we need to be showing to attract a top class coach.
Odd. He turned down Newcastle with all their money, that’s why they switched to Howe but joins Villa?
Maybe he has some morals and refuses to work for their owners? Villa has a decent squad, they’ll pull clear from the bottom
No buy out clause for Dyche just like Marsch he would be cheaper. That would suit tight rads and his skint 49ers.
Dyche would be awful. What about the ambition and what was built to then go on and play anti football, makes me feel sick.
