Not at all,you should have read it properly as I said "if" seems your the prick for not being able to read..imbecile
Great news. Should also give him a bit more of a say come Jan transfer window. He's just increased his worth by staying, in my opinion.
You clearly stated, "fingers crossed he fails at Wolves" which implied he had already left, so learn how to write properly...imbecile.
Yep. A huge boost to everyone whilst already sitting top of the league. He's gone up even more in my estimations. You Rrrsss!
I concur, I am sure most of your fans felt the same way. My comment was slightly tongue in cheek. I was expecting his reply to be, "if it means Beale staying then I will quite happily be a prick". Not hiding behind "I said 'if'" bollocks. Anyway, main thing is, Beale is staying with you.
Great news, suspect it’s a stay of execution. As good British managers are a premium, and he is very much in the continental mode rather than Big Sam/Dyche mode.
New manager markets always look, to my eye at least, to be at the very dodgy end of the betting industry.
He has integrity. He waited for them approach him, then he turned them down flat. Impressed...we will lose him, but he will try and take us as far as he can
Yep with him previously working in Brazil, you would think he will end up managing in Spain or Italy at some stage.
Great news! We should enjoy the ride with Mick Beale whilst he is with us, and long may that be. I guess we have him until the Wigan match!
To be honest and I'm not disrespecting Beale here in any way, there are many coaches out there who have all the skills and attributes to make top class managers. Many are behind the scenes, coaching youth set ups all the way to u23's and reserves. If a club is willing to do their homework and take a punt then there are more like Beale to be snapped up. Instead of hearing the same old names associated with every vacancy, when they have failed in their previous post, sometimes numerous times, clubs should be looking at the wealth of talent that is out there. Just because they haven't played the professional game at a high or highest level doesn't mean they know any less or more about how to coach and manage.
It has always been one of the things that pissed me off about the coaching ladder. I did a course with Butch Wilkins RIP. He got fast tracked due to who he was. Now he knew his stuff, don't get me wrong, and he was great on the coaching pitch but there were others who were just 'Joe Public' who impressed me even more. So what took us 9 months, took Wilkins 2 weeks!!!!
Great comments Bob. I’m sure there are many quality coaches as capable as MB - they just need the right sort of club prepared to work with them and back them. Looks like we are doing it the right way (not used to saying such positive things about our clubs handling).
youd hope that his example and that of Graham Potter who had to take a very unorthodox route to get to where he is now will encourage clubs to delve a little deters into the coaching pyramid. Any insight into why Dyche is never mentioned for these jobs? Now just hope that loyalty to Gerrard will stop him being tempted by the Villa job when that comes up and that Rodger’s £10m pay off fee keeps in in purgatory at Leicester.
