Yet again that 2nd goal doesn’t come. Hopefully we get it early in second half. Che seems to be roughing up B’s defence.

Average game between two average dudes, but a corker of a goal from Che, and we look solid enough.
We’re still soooooooo cautious in midfield, but I guess at 1-0 it’s more bearable. Just. But this lot aren’t much cop, and we need to kill games like this off.
My favourite moment was a really lazy triangle of passes they played around Alien Lucy, who didn’t get near it because he’s so infeasibly slow.
Adam A making some nice runs that are being ignored. A few more progressive passes and we could and should win this comfortably. Only problem is, it’s the second half coming up…

Decent first half. Close game of few chances but an excellent goal and a deserved lead I think. Away fans in fine voice and hopefully they stick at it.
Need to maintain this performance straight away in the second half and not sit on the lead too much. Think we'll need a second but it'd be a splendid time for our first clean sheet in **** knows how long.

KWP playing as a FB rather than a wing back, but still getting forward.
Excellent cross from Perraud and good finish by Che.
The benefit of having JWP was nobody wanting to tackle Lucy in the build up to the goal.
Passing a bit wayward at times.
I can see the pitch being watered now but the pitch seemed to be sticky with no zip on the ball, first half. Looked like it was covered in treacle.
I called for us to stop teams from building momentum, by stopping the game with the odd free kick given etc, but we have given a lot of silly free kicks away in the wrong places and when they haven’t had any momentum. Mind you the ref has given a few that weren’t fouls.
More of the same needed.

Typical. I go to France for a work trip and it looks like we might have actually played some football.
