You should scrap that and get on to intermittent fasting. Eat whatever bollocks you like. I'm eating a bowl of Coco Pops right now (yes, it's dinner time where I am, but so what?), and I'm still losing weight.
Did that about 5 years ago and lost 2 stone. Keto this time for me - lost 22 lbs since July.
