The answer is very obviously no. People are getting far too carried away with Alese in my opinion. He has a lot of potential but he has a long way to go. There's comments both here and a lot over the road suggesting he's much better than Cirkin. To me, that's like those who proclaimed Colback was better than Henderson.
No, just because he is big n quick doesn't mean he can play up front. Its totally different attacking from deep than playing with your back to goal
Lee Howey played up front for us a bit and did ok. He wouldn't have to score goals just win the ball, hold it up and play it in for one of the fast young uns to slot it in. Could work short term, wouldn't mind it for the last 30 minutes in a game to mix it up to be honest
