Just had most delicious cauliflower cheese for tea. The difference in organic produce is huge.


I love cauliflower cheese. Converted my wife to being a fan early in the marriage... Along with meat based pies that we were discussing earlier... that's another dish you never see in the US. Everyone I've introduced to it though, has loved it.

Have you tried introducing anyone over there to Turkish Delight? From what I've seen Americans just can't seem to understand what the gelatinous, sweet treat is all about.

I've only very rarely seen the chocolate covered Turkish delight over here, like fry's makes. I see more often (but still pretty rare) the middle eastern Turkish delight, sans Chocolate.

They do have jelly beans over here though, of course, which is a mini chocolate-less cousin of the Turkish delight.
