Night mateMy point being B Ranger that the first few weeks/months were a ****storm because no-one really knew what to do, the easiest thing to do when you are not making the life or death decisions is to say We would not have done the same thing
Had Labour had been in charge and made similar wrong decisions the rest of Parliament would have been saying We would not have done that
Had Labour been in charge and done the same, they would've been held to account and rightly so. But they weren't so it's a moot point.
We could apply that to any scenario and absolve individuals and governments of their actions.
Do you disagree that had a Tory government been in charge in 2003 they would've cosied up to Bush as their lap dogs in the Iraq War? But they weren't in charge were they. It was Blair and Labour and he is rightly criticised for it.
And many of those who voiced their opposition, a large proportion of those who were on that million march against the war and when it was proved there were no WMDs and the war was fought on a lie, included Labour voters - they didn't hide behind the mantra, ah well if it was the Tories they would've done the same. You hold the people in charge to account no matter what, instead of looking for excuses. That's something the Tory voters always seem reluctant to do whenever their government serves up the ****storm this current rabble are unloading on the population, throughout Covid and beyond. Just excuses.
Oi thats not nice
No roasting of the elderly on here please![]()
I see that Russell’s Brand had moved from YouTube.

Just to clarify I have never voted Tory or for that matter Labour,
Just to clarify I have never voted Tory or for that matter Labour,
You must log in or register to see images
I have never voted Tory because they have always put the economy before the genuinely under privileged and I want to see a government that protects the economy and helps to level up living standards
I have never voted Labour because I genuinely believe they know they can only be elected if more than 50% of the country are on or below the bread line and despite all their promises nothing ever will ever change once they get in power
Blair proved beyond doubt that once in power the only difference between Labour and Tory is who they look after the most and that is never the Working Class or the under privileged
There was a time when I believed the Liberal/Lib Dems would get that balance between the economy and the population right but now they are a ****ing shambles
EDIT
In all my working life I have always found that I was better off under the Tories and worse of under Labour. probably because I have always worked hard and sought to better myself and owned and run companies

In all my life I've always been better off under Labour, whether as a student, in work, or running a business. But that meant fck all when they invaded another country and were responsible for the deaths of thousands of innocent folk because some things are worth more than the pound in my pocket. Regardless of who I voted for.
I'll just finish with a whoooosh! and leave it there.
