Saw Peter Green & friends play there when he started doing a few little gigs again: his wonderful voice had faded but he could still really play - helped by a venue with very good acoustics, I thought it was alright.

NB I am going back a few years though

Confucius he say any man who likes Peter Green is alright.

Humber Street Sesh straight after Norwich, lots of good local bands playing in the sun.

Great night at The Welly with Stiff Little Fingers - they got most of the old classics in.... started with 'Suspect Device', then straight into 'At the edge', some newish tracks in the middle with 'Barbed Wire Love' 'Wasted Life' and 'Gotta Gettaway' towards the end, with an encore of 'Tin Soldiers' and 'Alternative Ulster'

Cracking night........ saw a few City lads to nod to

East Park was a venue in the 60s I recall seeing The Edgar Broughton band play there and a few times saw Michael Chapman with Mick Ronson play the bandstand.

i think THE RATS were on the same bill as edger broughten band.edger broughten was ok but there cover of captain beefhearts DROPOUT BOOGIE [dropout apachie maybe] was sinfull.

I’ve seen him quite a few times, but I think last night was probably the best I’ve heard his voice.

he was good at the marqee club with the jam.
i cannot find the date but i think it was around 30th december.no idea of the year though.one of me best ever gigs.

I saw him around 2007 (guess) & he was ****e with a band so not too much lost without one.
