    Watching that I took it as other than money (which he's not going to mention), he gets full control over recruitment and other matters. That isn't going to work here when we have a recruitment model at the club which we are sticking to under KLD.

    Absolutely. And he already knew about our recruitment model. You can’t sign a contract 4 weeks ago then slag off the system which has never changed since you signed it. Laying majority of the blame at his door now personally
