I can, definitely smokes too many bifters and gets ****ing smashed every night in his pokey little flat. Everyone knows his troubled but he is ****ing brilliant at catching killers, but that one seriel killer he couldn't get has resurfaced after 4 years away or is it a copycat?

It'll be one of them shows where the detectives name is all that it needed for the show title "Bilic".

I'm maybe picturing too much now!

Not sure if suggested but I've always liked Mark Warburton, think he's a coach at West Ham now but he would be my choice

haha mate, I'm having this mind. Breathe honks of coffee on a morning and brown bag whisky by dinner time. Heads by his Ex place every day like Robocop, shouting "Come back,I'll change" and the front door even though she has a restraining order on him. Everytime she phones the police its his mates that come and cuff him.

From my point of view, we have a lot to thank Alex Niel for.

He stopped the rot, got the team playing good football and made us hard to beat. He has definitely improved some of the players and got us out of league 1 by going on an incredible run of form.

He gave us belief in our club again and galvanised the fan base. The feel good factor returned and we had something to be proud of again.

Yes, I am gutted that Alex has chosen to leave us at the worst possible time, but we have a lot to thank him for and I wish him well.

We were staying in League One until Neill arrived.

Speaking has done nothing in the game at all. Anywhere. He is good at youth development. That's where he should be.

We were in league one until Speakman arrived!! Speakman has proven he can spot talent, we have a young exciting squad that with the right manager will go places. Our recruitment since Speakman has come in has been really good.

Plus Speakman wants to be here, Neil clearly doesnt - I know which one I'd prefer then

Marcelo Bielsa for me, He done League 1 and this league to take Leeds to the premier and loves to play attacking football.

Great tactician and man manager as well by all accounts.

He's also out of work looking for a club so could step in as soon as he can.

Loves researching the opposition and working on how to beat their tactics and I think he would have something to prove as well.

I will judge him on his next appointment. He gave us Johnson who was better and turned the ship. He gave us Neil who then drove us further forward. No reason to think he wont get a coach better than Neil now. Neil going is because it is what he wants, not because Speakman has got it wrong. He may not have given Neil what he wanted, but if Neil wanted something different to the club approach he was right to say No, in my opinion.

I am no Speakman fan by the way. The debacle over Defoe still makes me angry. But this isnt about Speakman for me. He is doing the job he is asked to do.

Speaking is a youth team developer. That's all he has ever done. He made a mighty cock up before AN was recruited, and unless a very good man is lined up inside a day or so he has made another now. He gets the big things wrong.

He is in over his head, and of course he wants to be here. He has no choice, he'll never get another job like it. AN has left for a better, longer deal.

An has left for more money.

If it's a better deal depends on your ambition imo

Football is a closed world. People in it will know what has happened here. Do you really think that we will have a better coach than AN this time this week? A man who will be required to report to someone like Speakman?

It's not going to happen IMO.
