If it’s true (and I don’t doubt it) that AN has pulled that stunt this morning then as said earlier he won’t be in the dugout when Stoke come to the city as he will get a balti pie off his napper or worse it’s as bad if not worse than the moyes we are in a relegation battle ****

it could also be bs
I'm already looking forward to him coming back to the SOL. The abuse he'll get will be off the scale.

Another point is that we MIGHT be able to attract better. We are now a Championship side with a young and exciting side.

AJ was a massive improvement on Parkinson, and AN was a massive improvement on AJ.

Let's see what happens before we all join the crowd like a scene out of the Simpsons.

Some of our lot are sounding like them up the road were like when it was about Rafa. The ones doing the crying were probably the ones kicking off AN came instead of Roy.

AN took a squad that should have been fighting for the title last year up through the playoffs.
He's been backed with signings without any hint of disapproval, and yet this is all down to the club/DOF.

Fully behind Speakman and the club on this one.

Behind Speakman on what?

The bloke is an over promoted chancer. Every public word he has uttered would make David Brent cringe.

The bloke is a youth team organiser. That is clearly the limit of his abilities.

Fwiw it does seem like one year rolling contracts are something he asks for / insists on…

The king is dead, long live the king.
AN obviously had no affinity for us going by the clause in his contract that gave him permission to talk to any interested club.
The lads need our support more than ever tomorrow.
The more I think about this and the rolling contract stuff I bet we have still been accepting applications for the job

Remember Speakman likes his process.

Didnt he say pre The **** Neil. that he would take his time and always had a shortlist ready in his back pocket.
He has not got a clue, he is Brent like with his patter

KLD needs to peddle Speakman then

Correct. Should have happened after the ridiculous and amateur behaviour before they hired AN in the first place.

Very, very worrying that the owner places so much faith in an obvious incompetent. Bad, bad signs.

Your last part is maybe what we need based on the model the club is using lol

I've been following the club since the early 90's, and the club have NEVER had a plan or policy in terms of signings and future planning. We've always signed players based on the current managers demands. Even when we had the Italian DOF he had to assemble a depleted squad on buttons due to the over spending all the way back to the Keane and Quinn days.

We have a squad made up of young players looking to improve and go somewhere. It's about time the old tried and methods that have rarely worked for us get put to bed.

AN is not a top class manager. He's a Championship manager who just happens to be way better than the last 3 we've had.

Like I said before, Speakman replaced Parkinson with better, and then did the same with LJ. MAYBE he might just do the same this time. Only time will tell.

Who did you want appointing in January?

Why obvious incompetent everyone has been saying we have done well on recruitment and we dont know the story behind why Neil has left, for the first time in a long time the club has a plan and following it cant remember when we last done that
