O’Nien I reckon. I still worry about Evans’ position/competition and as much as I’m not keen on him there selling O’Nien would only exacerbate that. Particularly if Michut is the only centre mid addition.
Might be Alese who goes out on loan. Young enough to have a big future but at an age where he should be getting some game time
I kind of hope its O'Nein......I like the lad, but its becoming clear he could be a huge liability, how he hasn't been sent off before now I don't know...League 1 his his limit.
Still think there’s a chance Dan Neil gets sold if a premier club want to pay very good money for him. may even explain the extremely loose rumours about being willing to pay £6m ish for a centre midfielder this scenario is unlikely I think but prehab did say “surprise” so who knows . The only players who would be a surprise are ones currently starting regularly enough to make them a surprise
Don't understand the clamour to get rid of 09 when he can cover so many options for us. I know he has his limitations but he always gives us 100%, of course I want the squad improving with better players but feel we're not in a position yet to get rid of such a versatile player.
Play 09 in cb or rb then yes keep him , but he really is not good enough to play cm especially in this league
I'm sorry but O'Nein is a liability and easy to wind up, average footballer at best. We've got plenty of options at Centre Half if this Brighton lad arrives
Don't disagree Lozza, but it's not the lads fault if he's being asked to play in a position he struggles in, think some base their thoughts on his two rash tackles which could have resulted in red cards and discount the many good things he does for us. I'm not saying he's the best just that he never hides and gives his all which is all we as fans can ask for.
