    My only concern is the lack of movement with regards to his contract, as long as that is not dealt with, there's a chance he will leave

    Remember we still have an option for another year on his contract mate. I'm sure once the window closes both him and Pritchard will get contract renewals.

    He scored 17 goals in 34 games the season before in La Liga.

    He's a skilful player with pace who knows where the goal is. He's still only 22 so still time to improve further.

    would rather our footballing operation concentrated on new signings until 1st September then kicked off all the contract renewals.

    Which is almost certainly what's happening.

    I'd be surprised if we didnt have a new Stewart contract announced next month. But even more surprised if it happened this month.
