Try running a toaster from solar panels in winter time in Scotland in the dark let alone an entire factory

If you have had your latest booster with in 3 months you are green and don't need to wear a mask and can travel , work, shop etc.
Yellow means you have taken at least 2 jabs but not in the last 3 months and red for the dangerous antivaxxers that are excluded from society.
Which will be rolled out for the entire EUROPEAN UNION.
Unvaccinated Ukranians can travel where they want though because science.
