But evidently the result, despite what Shota claimed in pre match, wasn’t important to him as Tufan was probably our best player of the half and he kept on all the strugglers the entire game.To be replaced with 3 others who started on Saturday.

Playing Tufan at all was odd considering he’s not managed more than 60 minutes yet and was clearly off the pace in pre season. You would think he would have taken the chance to give him a rest until he can manage 90 minutes every Saturday.
I had my doubts about his ability to play deeper but he certainly proved me wrong tonight. We lost all quality on the ball in the middle when he went offHe played 80 mins against Preston & 70 vs Bristol
The ball came in behind him. Think he should’ve done better but it was always going away from himJust watched the "highlights" back. Has anyone mentioned the miss from Oscar at the end? Finally got a decent ball to attack but blazed it high and wide when it looked easier to score. Not going to write the lad off yet but the signs aren't great. Got to be putting those away however "undercooked" you are

I think the chance looked easier than it was, his movement and acceleration to get beyond his man was excellent.
How can you say he is out of his depth? He improved our position last season to mean we survived with plenty of room to spare. We are now in the Top 6 after two games with a makeshift team because of injuries. There is undoubtedly a lot of work to do but we seem to have lost the feel good factor very quickly for no reason.
Wilk's first touch is awful, I know he hasn't been playing, but his touch has not improved at all.
You don't gain fitness by not playing.Playing Tufan at all was odd considering he’s not managed more than 60 minutes yet and was clearly off the pace in pre season. You would think he would have taken the chance to give him a rest until he can manage 90 minutes every Saturday.
Not bad results, no, sometimes it’s bad results waiting to happen when the performances are a bit below average. Maybe expect too much too soon, but when Al went off Tetteh seemed to be out on the left a lot, even at one point seemed to be at left back. IMO, if you’re making that sub, then you have Tetteh in a more central role & move players to adjust. This is spot on. Results have been good in the league, better than most expected, and the atmosphere in the stadium first game was brilliant. But from looking online you'd think we were on a big downward spiral. Weird.
You can see why he's won all his international caps playing there.
He was the best player on the park by a country mile.
Him playing alongside Seri will probably work. He's got that bit of physicality we've missed too. We're probably 2 midfielders short at least though and Adama can't come back soon enough
It was behind him. The number of well delivered crosses we put in was zero from my recall.Just watched the "highlights" back. Has anyone mentioned the miss from Oscar at the end?
