He said we need all that? Jesus… after Acun’s interview earlier they’ll all be loans surely?

Yep, last 30 seconds of the interview. He's not wrong though, we do need all of those.

It's not like he's watching with a blindfold on, he sees what we all see and he sees the same failings we do. There's full backs at wingback, there's 3 CBs, McLoughlin is fine cover for Figs but he can't play as a wide centre half as he's as slow as ****. We've got 3 midfielders, then Doch and Cannon

Bradford manager Mark Hughes told BBC Radio Leeds:

"I thought we were excellent. We dusted ourselves down after going behind and put them under real pressure.

"The goals came at a great time and from there we didn't have too much pressure on us.

"It was a different type of game for us, we're used to having the ball, but we showed a different side of our game."

Hull City boss Shota Arveladze told BBC Radio Humberside:

"It's over and it's painful.

"We changed seven players but no-one who hasn't played that role before.

"Collectively I wanted the players to have the character to respond to behind behind but we didn't."

This 2/3 more bullshit has really concerned me. Anyone with eyes knows we need more than 2/3 more.

He's taking a lot of flack but it can't be easy with this squad
His shoulders dropped when he came over at the end. Looked gutted. A lot of them went straight down the tunnel… Think that away end tonight had every right to feel aggrieved after that dire in every aspect performance. Doesn’t help im stuck in ****ING TRAFFIC NOW

Where has this talk about Sinik being a wing back come from? He’s an attacking winger similar to KLP who predominantly plays left and cuts in on his right.

If 5-3-2 is the plan what was the point in signing him? What would have been the point in signing Nkwaeme?

Why bother with signing Longman permanently? And why haven’t we signed, nor really perused any wingbacks? It just doesn’t add up.

I don't get why we haven't signed wingbacks but it's going to be such a big rebuild that you can only do so much at once. Maybe the targets weren't available just yet, who knows. It's a massive 3 weeks.

In which case why persist with a system you don’t have the players for when there are other ways that suit what’s available? Also replying to your previous post that it can’t be easy with this squad, well it would help if he utilised it a bit better. You don’t pick a 3 wood to putt it in from a yard away and you don’t pick a 9 iron to tee off a par 5 but that’s what Shota seems to be doing at the minute.

Maybe Mercedes will take a leaf out of Shota’s book and we’ll see Lewis Hamilton take the grid in a sprinter van in Belgium?
