I’m not that bothered about us signing players from Newcastle if they are good enough. I know I’m in the minority but I’d imagine as they go all Harlem Globetrotter there’ll be some good value local lads pushed out. I am with you mate. Plenty of good players down the years come to us from them and vice versa. I have no issue with it, and our recruitment team now do all the savvy checks on personality etc, so we would only sign those with the mentality.
