I’d like to think that it will be three - Striker, AM and a loan for full back. And one of the first two might be a loan as well but I assume we would prefer to not end up in a Broja situation again - especially with a striker

I can’t say that I am overly keen to have Redmond and Djenepo as wing back options after only one injury

That would be the ideal but realistically I’m just hoping for a loan defender (versatile across the back) and a forward
 
FYI, due to the game taking place on the same day as the opening day of the EFL season, Saints will NOT be broadcasting the Villareal game due to blackout restrictions.

Tom, I understand exactly what you are referring to, but 'blackout restrictions' put me in mind of Warden Hodges shouting 'Put that light out!' in Dad's Army.

IPTV/Saintsplayer are listing the Saints v Villarreal game as being in the friendly football section, also on DAZN CA2 and DAZN CA6.
If you have signed up to the Saintsplayer Telegram service, there are a couple of others you can join, within the Saintsplayer section, one being a Sports Schedule list that is updated daily and throughout the day if there are any changes or problems with streams.

The line up I'd like to see, Based on my opinion heading into Tottenham and our best team and current best performers of pre-season., with the exception of Mara needing some minutes.
