A CB,RB,10 and Striker that is what we want. A striker and RB is almost guaranteed to come in though.
His name cropped up for Man City - but only when they were potentially losing one of their defenders to ChelseaI’ve got a feeling we might sell Salisu this summer, no real updates on his contract which expires in 2 years. Throw in the links to Colwill and we definitely will be shifting one centre back if that were to happen.
Maybe just me being pessimistic.

Chelsea are desperate for centre backs and his name hasn’t been linked once. Spurs were looking and loaned a Barca player. Man United got in someone from Ajax and look to have overpaid. West Ham have already spent 30m on a defender. So where is he going?

I don’t think he is available for a reasonable feeHe was linked with Newcastle aswell, and I’m sure if he was available for a reasonable fee teams would become interested even if they aren’t actively looking at him now.
If he has indicated he won’t sign a new deal then we may think better to sell this summer for a higher price than next summer, all speculation of course as I haven’t heard much about his contract situation apart from we have opened talks or something
Brentford Home?3 goals from open play, in the same match.
When did that last happen in a league game?
Spurs away I think.Brentford Home?

Why would we want to offload any of the players (apart from Walcott whose absence so far suggests he would prefer to play regular football in US)?The journos close to the club seem to think we are still targeting another one. I expect us to ship out a few players in the remaining weeks anyway, I find it hard to believe that we will keep all of Walcott, Djenepo, Redmond, Elyounoussi and Tella. At least 1, maybe 2 of that lot will go.
You are I think. I suspect Salisu is angling for an increase and probably deserves it. But his development is still fairly early on - a work in progress. He could walk straight into a mid table side but he is nowhere near good enough (yet) for the top 6.I’ve got a feeling we might sell Salisu this summer, no real updates on his contract which expires in 2 years. Wages and the fact that they have all had ample opportunity to show what they can do and none of them have really taken it. Would you not prefer to bring in someone knew instead of Redmond and Walcott? Why would we want to offload any of the players (apart from Walcott whose absence so far suggests he would prefer to play regular football in US)?
We've signed 6 players so far but have seen 8 leave for the season - Forster, Lewis, Long, Chauke, N'Lundulu, Smallbone, Small and Watts. With 5 subs this season the last thing we need is a smaller squad. Djenepo and Ely have both performed well pre season. Redders and Tella too early to tell as they both have to work back to full fitness.
And we have several players with one year left on their deals so it would be the last chance to get a fee if we don’t intend to renew or use them muchWhy would we want to offload any of the players (apart from Walcott whose absence so far suggests he would prefer to play regular football in US)?

I'm expecting two more signings and concede that Theo will move on (that's make 8 in and 9 out). But that still leaves room for Redders who is clearly rated by the coaches. For me, every player gets a fresh chance to prove themselves at the start of a season.Wages and the fact that they have all had ample opportunity to show what they can do and none of them have really taken it. I’d like to think that it will be three - Striker, AM and a loan for full back. And one of the first two might be a loan as well but I assume we would prefer to not end up in a Broja situation again - especially with a striker
I can’t say that I am overly keen to have Redmond and Djenepo as wing back options after only one injury
