So tonight will be the first time I have watched him fully since he joined your lot.

How has he been getting on, is he benefiting from playing week in and week out and showing why he got his move to united in the first place.
I see he hasn't got many assists but that doesn't always tell the full story...?

Very speedy, good for running at defenders. Can't be lazy sometimes though, doesn't do much with the ball often when he gets near the box. And never does anything decent when he does.

Still only young though, can improve definitely. Would have him as a bench player/impact sub though

Try's hard, he'll get there eventually, just needs a bit more time to settle in.

Once he clicks, he'll be lethal. However, as it stands, we only get glimpses of what he can be. I think he'd suit being a centre forward brilliantly though, Henry like if you will.

Perhaps he will be a bit like Shola - one piece of sheer class = another contract - then play like a carthorse until the screw is turned on him! I think Manu fans thought he was a headless chicken - hopefully he will mature...

    Anybody got any live streams......

Obertan's best half for us so far I think, hope he keeps it up.

Must say I have been impressed with his ability to get the ball up the pitch. He does relieve a lot of pressure. Great cross for the Ba goal, and will only improve.

He is definitely about as direct as they come. I think his thought process goes "Me have ball. Goal over there. Me get ball to goal". His only problem is that he's not always all that concerned with how the ball gets to the goal. Headless chicken is maybe harsh, but not all that inaccurate from what I've seen.

That said, he does have the talent to pull something special out of the bag on occasion. If he can be more consistent and get his head up and think a bit more when he has the ball, he'll be pretty lethal from out wide.

P.S. Good result for your lot tonight at a tough venue. BBC stats say two shots on target and three goals, which is impressive in itself! <ok>

I'd agree, he looked great in the first half, more aggressive in trying to beat his man, and was composed on his assist to Ba. I still think he's frustratingly inconsistent, but if he could start putting in performances like tonight week in week out, I'd be happy with him running the wing.
