Antonio Vitiello claims negotiations to loan Tanganga to Milan are proceeding nicely, with Paolo Maldini personally identifying him as a player their backline needs

Given he's the Milanese equivalent of Dan KP, probably safe to assume he'll be announced by the weekend

Or as they say on social media

‘Announce Spence, Messi and Leandro Damião da Silva dos Santos‘

They really think they’re funny… decent announcement though I’ll give them that

Not the first time I've wondered if an announcement is delayed because the editor was busy...

I’ve not seen much of Spence. What have we got ourselves here?

I keep seeing conflicting reports, with many Boro fans saying he’s bang average and will struggle in the prem.

Are we hoping for a Kyle Walker, but gonna end up with a Kyle Naughton?

English Cafu, mate.

I do actually think he’s a bit like Walker though, not as lighting quick (who is?) but much faster than our current two, takes on opposition FBs and prefers to low drill cross them just as Walker did, he can’t do those pinpoint ones like Tripps could though.

Boro made Isaiah Jones their first choice and looked like he done really well so it don’t feel like they’ll miss Spence, especially as they’re pocketing an initial £12.5m for essentially their second choice RWB. Spence got Championship TOTY though and I’ve banged Steve Cooper’s drum for a while, he knows a baller when he sees one and got Spence and Johnson to strike up a class partnership down that right flank, hopefully in time Spence can do similar with Kulu.
