The numbers of students I’ve given placements to over the last 15 years will be in three figures so I apologise for not recalling you. Always great to be able to offer young journalists an opportunity - hope you enjoyed yours even if I ruined your experience. Glad to hear you’re working in the industry elsewhere. As for the article, it is what it is. I don’t write much these days, I genuinely only put pen to paper when I’m 100% sure on the story. My last one was breaking the news of Preecey leaving.
