That’ll make it all three of Burnley’s first choice CBs and their keeper leaving after they’d been relegated. Not sure we’ll see them back so soon. Especially if Cornet and McNeil get snapped up this window too, which I think may happen.

Do we have any examples of one having happened? I agree with the general principle that you're putting forward, but I'm not sure it happens. In order for one of these claims to get anywhere it seems to need plenty of evidence.
Good point. Bissouma was cleared recently but since year he’s had it hanging over his head. It hasn’t ruined his career and I’m sure Spurs did their research before signing him but it could have potentially cost him a big move
That's very true. The whole thing still bothers me, honestly. We don't have any details about what went on, so we can't even assess it. I suspect that I've got an idea of what the recent accusation against the other player was/is. I'm relying almost exclusively on dubious sources though, so it's utterly unreliable. None of it's like the Greenwood thing where we've all got a decent idea of what went on.
